Delete Your Account

We respect your right to remove your data from our platform at any time, permanently.

Permanent Action — Cannot Be Undone. Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data — including alert preferences, subscription history, and saved signal settings — from our systems within 30 days of confirmation.

How to Delete Your Account

Cancel Active Subscription
If you have an active Pro subscription, please cancel it first to avoid further charges. Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan within the app, or include a cancellation request in your email to us and we will process it on your behalf.

Send a Deletion Request by Email
Send an email to privacy@cryptosignal.id with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".

Include in the body: the email address associated with your account, and optionally a brief reason for deletion (helps us improve the product). REQUIRED STEP

Receive Confirmation
We will send a confirmation email within 3 business days. Your account and all associated data will be fully purged from our systems within 30 days of the confirmed request.
